1 (sliced) rather large sweet potato,
Salt and pepper, 1 tbsp each
Olive Oil, 1 spray
And, for the Guacamole:
2 Avocados (remove flesh)
3 heaping scoops of peptide collagen protein powder
100 grams of Cottage cheese
3 full medium-sized cloves of garlic
2 tbsp of salt
30 grams of onion (red onion) and chopped
1 or 2 juiced limes
Some coriander (10 – 20grams)
Tips for better bites:
If you want to further reduce carbs in this recipe, you can opt for a smaller sized sweet-potato which will save you some precious carbs. You can even opt out not to use any sweet potatoes and only make the guacamole, and use a zucchini round for the chip part of the recipe.
Some people don’t like the texture of a cottage. That’s okay! Use a blender to mix the cottage for a couple of seconds. You’ll get a way more creamy and delightful texture afterwards!
