Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of collagen peptide powders
  • 1 cup of canned coconut (reduced fat, preferably) 
  • 1 or 2 cup milk with taste of choice (we prefer almond milk with this recipe)
  • 4 tbsp of pumpkin 
  • 1 or 2 tsp of alternative sweeteners (e.g. stevia, monk fruit etc. – anything low calorie)
  • 2 tbsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbsp of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup hot of brewed espresso 
  • ½ tbsp of of nutmeg or pumpkin spice for garnishing your latte 
  • (Optional: 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder for an amplified ‘PIE’ flavor/texture)
