This peanut butter collagen krispies recipe is an easy-to-make recipe that you can make in less than an hour. These sweet and salty peanut butter collagen krispie treats are perfect for your get-togethers and friendly gatherings where you need something quick, healthy AND delicious! These healthy, tasty treats are filled with creamy peanut butter, marshmallows and rice crispy cereal. You can modify the recipe to lower the sugar and carbs (like we do) and still have a delish gut-nurturing protein-filled snack! If you love peanut butter as much as we do, you should definitely try this easy-to-make peanut butter rice krispie treats recipe.

  • ⅓ cup of collagen peptide powders
  • 1 cup of sugar-free peanut butter 
  • One-third cup of your prefered alternative sweetener (like swerve, steva, or monk fruit)
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 3 cups of crispy rice cereal
  • Salt to top it all off

  1. Put peanut butter, coconut old, maple syrup, vanilla extract and alternative sweeteners in a medium-heated pan. Now, whisk for about 2 minutes until it’s smooth and fully-incorporated. 
  2. Add your unflavored collagen peptides slowly, one spoon at a time, until it’s well-combined with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Remove the pan from the hit; add and stir your crispy rice cereal.
  4. Cover an 8*8 inch square pan with parchment paper (babery paper), and pour the mix into the pan.
  5. Now, try to even and smooth the mix’s surface with a spatula. 
  6. Put it in the fridge for 25 – 35 minutes so it cools down.
  7. Cut into as many servings as you wish! Your delicious snack is ready
