This recipe uses cauliflower and chia seeds that both thicken your smoothie and enrich it with Omega-3 and filling fiber. These ingredients go specifically well because mint and chocolate erase any taste of the nutritious and filling cauliflower and chia seeds.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of collagen peptide protein powder 
  • 2 cups of Milk (Unsweetened Cashew, Coconut, or Almond Milk)
  • 2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds
  • ½ a cup Frozen Cauliflower Rice
  • 1 serving of Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Cacao Nibs
  • ½ tablespoons of Mint Extract
  • OPTIONAL: 1 tablespoon of sweetener (like Maple Syrup)
  • OPTIONAL 2-3 sprigs of fresh mint

Tips for better bites:

  • For lower calorie intake, you can overlook the cacao nibs and decrease the chia seeds to 1 tablespoon.
