Collagen-Rich Grilled Sardines over Cauliflower Flatbread is a wonderful dish you won’t regret trying. Grilled Sardines over Cauliflower Collagen Flatbread

Ingredients:

Collagen Cauliflower Flatbread

·        ¼ of a cup of collagen peptide protein powder

·        10 ounces or 2 cups of riced cauliflower

·        2 large-sized eggs

·        ½ a teaspoon of salt

·        1 tsp of  Onion Powder

·        1 tsp of dried parsley

·        ½ a cup  of shredded Parmesan, Asiago, or  Mozzarella cheese

Pan-Fried Sardines

·        ¼ of a cup of collagen peptide protein powder

·        Two 3.75 ounce cans of sardines

·        ¾ of a cup of water

·        1 finely sliced regular or rainbow radish

·        1 egg

·        Lemon Juice for finishing

·        2 tablespoons of Coconut Aminos

·        ½ a cup of avocado or sesame oil·        ¼ a cup of Tiger nut Flour

Collagen Cookie Dough step by step

Step by Step Instructions:

  1. Collagen Cauliflower Flatbread
    1. Situate riced cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave it uncovered on high until it is nice and tender, this should take about 2 minutes. When the cauliflower is complete, let it cool on the counter for about 10 to 15 mins. Stir occasionally to release the steam.
    2. Next preheat your oven to 425°F or 220°C.
    3. Ready a large-sized baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a baking mat.
    4. Blend cheese, cauliflower, dried parsley, salt, onion powder and, eggs in a large mixing bowl.
    5. Place the blend onto the lined baking sheet and spread it into a rectangular form and level it to about ¼-½ inch of thickness.
    6. Bake Mixture at 425°F (220°C) for roughly 12 minutes, then flip the bread carefully and with a pizza cutter create 5 separate slices, then place back in the oven until the top turns golden, this should take 12-15 more minutes.

    Pan-Fried Sardines

    1. Mix and combine Collagen power with Tiger nut Flours in a small bowl and set aside.
    1. Next, drain the oil from the two cans of sardines into a skillet pan.
    2. Whip the eggs in a bowl, before adding water and Coconut Aminos into the mix.
    3. Very carefully and delicately dredge your fish, firstly in your egg mixture and then secondly into the flour mixture. (An easy way of doing this is setting the sardine in the flour mix, and then with the same hand each time, sprinkle flour mixt over the top and then flip it and sprinkle it again. This will assist you in preventing the coating from becoming too clumpy.)
    4. Heat half a cup of oil in a frying pan, along with all the oil from the two sardine cans, to a moderate medium to high temperature. Next when the oil is heated, very lightly lay sardines in the pan and fry them till they are brown (try using tongs to flip them for about 3 minutes on each side).
    5. Remove the fried sardines from the skillet pan, and drain on a paper towel.
    6. Finally layer the Cauliflower Flatbread with, sardines, a fine slice of rainbow radish, a squeeze of lemon juice and to top it off a little sprinkle of coconut aminos and red pepper (optional). Additionally, you can sprinkle the top with your choice of cheese and then throw it back in the oven until the cheese is crisped to a golden brown.
