If you are into eating more vegetables, pumpkin spaghetti squash is the perfect choice for you. So, let’s jump in and get started:

 ·   An entire roasted spaghetti squash 

·   400 grams of Roasted pumpkin (if you don’t know how to roast a pumpkin, or you are simply busy, you can just get canned roasted pumpkin, it’s absolutely fine!)

·   2 full scoops of peptide collagen powders, unflavored

·   2 eggs

·   Cinnamon and Vanilla, one tablespoon each; and a bit of salt as well

·   4 tablespoon of butter


·   80 milliliter of coconut milk (preferably low-fat)

·   80 grams of alternative sweetener, like Swerve

And for the crumble topping: 

·   2 tablespoons of various nuts like walnut, pistachio or almonds

·   4 tablespoons of almond flour

·   3 – 4 tablespoons of brown sugar alternative sweetener, Swerve

·   And to top it off, of course: 1 scoop of peptide collagen powders ·   Some salt and a 2 tablespoon of butter

First, let’s take care of the Crumble:

Whisk all the ingredients in the crumble topping section in a rather small bowl

Whisk and whisk and whisk until everything is fully integrated. This could take a couple of minutes, so use a large fork. When everything is combined, set the bowl aside for the moment. Now, let’s go for the base: 


First, preheat the oven to 200°C

Put all the ingredients in a food mixing processor, and bend everything until your have a creamy mix

Place the creamy blend, in a rather large baking pan (9×9)

Time to add all the ingredients from the crumble topping onto the base (you can try to even it out by the back of a spoon)

Place the pan in the preheated oven (200°C) and bake for about 15 to 25 minutes

You can serve this amazing recipe instantly, or just keep it warm in the oven for the upcoming party (80°C – 90°C)! Cheers!
