We’re going to talk about a no-bake recipe for cookies ( which is called collagen cookie dough ) filled with collagen and their various health benefits such as improvement to your skin health and joint protection. This recipe is ideal for a mid-day snack or even a pre-workout boost before you head to the gym.

Ingredients 

  • 2 scoops of hydrolyzed collagen peptide powder
  • ½ cup of almond flour
  • ¼ cup of coconut flour
  • ½ cup of peanut butter (or any nut butter of choice)
  • ½ tablespoon of salt
  • ½ tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup of maple syrup
  • ½ cup of mini chocolate chips (dairy-free, if you prefer)

  • Put them in the freezer for about 8 to 10 minutes (this will help the dough to get into shape).
