Method Number 1: Simple Coffee and Collagen peptides
- About 300 grams of black coffee (up to you to choose how strong you want your coffee)
- 1 or 2 scoops of unflavored collagen peptide powders
Method number 2: Advanced Collagen Coffee
- About 300 grams of black coffee (up to you to choose how strong you want your coffee)
- 1 or 2 scoops of unflavored collagen peptide powders
- 1 tablespoon of natural butter
- 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil (unrefined)
Method number 3: Super Advanced Collagen Latte
- About 300 grams of black coffee (up to you to choose how strong you want your coffee)
- 1 or 2 scoops of unflavored collagen peptide powders
- 1 tablespoon of natural butter
- 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil (unrefined)
- Half a cup of almond, cashew, or coconut milk (no-sugar) or 2 to 3 tablespoon of Half & Half Milk
